Water Damage Help Line is operated by WolfCzar Tech, a sole proprietorship registered in India. You can learn more about us at wolfczartech.net.
In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean WolfCzar Tech. "You" means anyone who visits this site or sends a request through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2.What this service does
We are a referral service for homeowners and renters in the United States who need help with water damage. When you fill out our form, we send your request to an independent restoration company, or a network of such companies, that serves your area.
We are not a restoration contractor. We do not inspect, clean, dry, repair, or quote on any property, and we do not employ technicians. Using this site is free for you; we may be paid by the companies that receive requests.
3.Restoration companies are independent
The companies that receive your request are separate businesses. They set their own prices, availability, response times, and terms. Any agreement for work is between you and that company, not us.
We do not guarantee the quality, timing, licensing, insurance, certifications, or pricing of any company. Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to:
- Ask for proof of license and insurance where your state requires them.
- Get a written estimate and read any contract before signing.
- Check with your insurance company about coverage and approved vendors.
4.Information you give us
To send your request, we collect your name, phone number, property address, ZIP code, and the type of damage. We share this with the company or companies matched to your request so they can contact you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
Please give accurate information and only submit a request for a property you own, rent, or are authorized to act for. Do not enter someone else's phone number.
5.Consent to be contacted
Our form includes a consent checkbox. You must check it to send a request. The checkbox says:
By checking this box, I agree that Water Damage Help Line and the water damage restoration companies it matches me with may contact me about my request at the phone number I provided, including by calls and texts that use automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Giving consent is not required to buy any goods or services, and you can withdraw it at any time. We keep a record of the consent text you agreed to, along with the date and time.
6.How to stop calls and texts
- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Tell the caller you no longer want to be contacted.
- Email [email protected] with the phone number you used. We will stop sending your information to companies and ask the companies we sent it to to stop contacting you.
7.Using this site
You must be at least 18 years old to send a request. You agree not to submit false or automated requests, interfere with the site, or try to access parts of it that are not public. We may block requests that look fraudulent.
The information on this site is general and for education only. It is not professional, legal, or insurance advice. In an emergency that threatens safety, such as flooding near electrical outlets or a gas smell, leave the area and call 911 or your utility company.
8.No guarantees
We provide this site "as is." We cannot guarantee that a company will be available in your area, that anyone will contact you within a set time, or that the site will always be available or error-free.
9.Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the work, advice, pricing, conduct, or results of any company you are referred to, or for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
If you have a problem with our service, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Disputes about work done on your property should be raised with the restoration company you hired.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The version in effect when you send a request is the one that applies to it.
